Designed for up to 4 guests, the cottage includes:

• Upstairs: A large bedroom with king-size bed and a private half bath
• Downstairs: A cozy bedroom with full-size bed and a full en-suite bath (bathtub/shower combo)
• A second full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main floor
• A catwalk-style loft leading to a future upper deck, planned for completion this summer

The open-concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and sweeping river views. Outside, relax by the firepit, sip coffee by the water, or watch bald eagles soar overhead.

The cabin on the water was awesome. The owner has updated the space, everything is new and so very clean. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. The cabin is without question one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The views, just outstanding. We enjoyed the quiet and taking day trips to the surrounding areas. Down east Maine is just a wonderful area to explore and want to relax. In ending, we want to thank Sonja for taking care of everything and making our vacation very special. If you are looking for a great place to stay don’t hesitate book it.Thanks for everything,Alan and Polly

This land holds a special place in my heart. It once belonged to my father, who passed away in 2017 and absolutely loved it here. I know he would be proud of what we’ve done with the space, and he would love how beautiful it has become. The peaceful waterfront, the views of the St. Croix River, and the quiet charm of Downeast Maine make this spot feel like home in every season. Sharing it is my way of honouring his memory and letting others experience the love, peace, and natural beauty our family has always felt here.

Perched on the edge of the St. Croix River with stunning views of the tides and historic St. Croix Island, it offers guests a rare blend of natural beauty, peaceful seclusion, and meaningful history. One of the features that really sets this home apart is the catwalk loft that stretches from the upstairs king-size bedroom to a glass door; soon to lead directly onto an upper deck with panoramic river views. It’s the kind of space that invites you to pause, take in the scenery, and just breathe. It also boasts easy access to charming coastal towns like Eastport and Lubec, as well as Quoddy Head; the easternmost point in the United States. Plus, with a valid passport, guests can cross the border into St. Stephen, New Brunswick, and explore Canada just minutes away.
