Spectacular house, equipped with all the things you might use, enough rooms and beds to accommodate more than 10 people or 3 families, versatile options for dinner and breakfast, more than 3 or 4 living areas inside and out to spend time and have a nice time doing all or rest.Very well situated, with a nice beach to walk, light waves creating sounds, and relaxing atmosphere 24/7.The staff and services included, are there so that you do nothing, just enjoy the the house and time there.Temperature of the pool in summer is more than perfect.We would go back any time soon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at Alma Rosa. Beautiful home and it was the perfect size for our 3 families. The pool and location and being able to walk to restaurants were all great. Lydia and Rodolfo are wonderful! We had several meals and they were delicious. We will be back!

Excellent stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a perfect location with easy walking distance to Akumal bay. The pool was fantastic and very spacious. The beach front is small but still beautiful. And the sitting areas just before the beach were great and made up for it. The only complaint we had was that there was no AC for the main level and it became very hot during the day. That being said, there was very little time spent inside because we were too busy enjoying the outside! I would highly recommend this house.
