Great location real close to downtown Gatlinburg! The pool table, hot tub, and arcade game was all a hit kept everyone entertained. The mattresses and bedding very comfortable! Beautiful scenery so relaxing! Checking in and out was super easy and convenient. I'd highly recommend this cabin and would stay there again.

Thanks for the awesome review Angel! We are so happy to hear you loved the cabin and its amenities! Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon in the Smokies!
Yes. All was great. I would suggest the pillows that are black on the couch and the decorative ones could use a little cleaning. Other than that it was great. Location was great as well
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cabin and truly appreciate you staying with us. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
We're thrilled to hear that our cabin was the perfect fit for your wedding weekend! Providing a spacious and comfortable stay for guests of all ages is what we aim for, and we're so glad your group enjoyed it. Thank you for choosing us for such a special occasion—we hope to welcome you back for future celebrations and getaways!
The cabin was perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool table. The beds were comfy and had plenty of room. The bunk bed downstairs were full/queen which were bigger than we expected and a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was big and had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing was that there was only 1 spoon so we stopped and got some plastic ones for our visit. There is a grocery store super close that has normal prices and we stopped there for anything we needed and to get supplies. The location was perfect. There are houses all around but lots of trees and elevations so you don’t notice. The driveway is steep but roads weren’t icy when we went so was fine. If there is a chance of snow, though, I would definitely say you would need a four-wheel-drive.We would definitely stay here again when we come back!
Loved it! Everything was great. It wasn't as secluded as I imagined, but it was peaceful and very quiet. The cabin wasn't close to others. And actually never saw or heard another person.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that you loved your stay. It’s great that you found peace and quiet, and we're happy it met your expectations. We’d love to have you back for another getaway soon!
Overall, we had a very good time at this cabin. We wish there would have been more essentials provided (dish pods, hand soap, extra trash bags etc.) but the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookwares that made making meals easy even for a large group of people. Checking in and out was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process--even weeks or days before our booking. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for somewhere relateively inexpensive but still close to the downtown Gatlinburg area!

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad your group had a great time at the cabin and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, easy check-in/out, and convenient location near downtown Gatlinburg. We truly appreciate your feedback about the essentials—we’ll definitely look into improving this for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
The cabin was beautiful and a 1 Hour Dr. from the Tyson Mcghee airport. It was really high up on a hill. We utilized the community pool. We did have to purchase beach towels and hand towels. They have most of the utensils for cooking food. There is a fridge and a coffee maker with a pot and a Keurig. There’s a downstairs bedroom with a bunkbed. The kids liked the pool table and the little arcade thing. We saw a black bear outside of the cabin two times. It was a nice and clean stay. Just a little advice that if you park in downtown Gatlinburg, it’s about 10-20 for parking. The aquarium parking is only 10. We love the aquarium the most out of everything that we did The trolley is free but it is a half hour wait. We had a great stay!

It sounds like you made the most of your trip—from relaxing at the community pool to enjoying the pool table, arcade, and even spotting a black bear (what a special Smoky Mountain memory)!
We’re glad you found the cabin clean and well-equipped, and we appreciate the helpful tips you shared for future guests about parking in downtown Gatlinburg and the trolley. It’s always wonderful to hear what stood out most—sounds like the aquarium was a big hit!

Welcome Home to the Smokies 🌄🐻
After "moving in" the first day, we saw a bear right by our cabin! So cool! We had a great stay. We would love to stay at a bigger cabin next time as it would better meet the needs of our son with disabilities. He didnt have enough space to utilize his "legs" (gait/walker) indoors without rearranging everything, but we made the best of it and utilized the beautiful balconies when he could tolerate outside! The beds Were incredibly comfortable! I should have checked to see what brand they used becaise it was wonderful! The traffic isnt terrible around the cabin, but it gets nousy once everyone is ourside their cabins, the sounds travel up the mountain. They also weedeat and blow the roads quite frequently so sitting outside was sometimes annoying instead of peaceful. Overall I would definitely recommend the Chasin' A Dream cabin to others!

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! We're thrilled you had a memorable stay, and what an amazing bear encounter to kick things off! We're grateful you made the most of the space and appreciated the balconies, even if the layout wasn’t ideal for your son’s mobility needs. We'll certainly keep that feedback in mind as we continue to improve accessibility across our cabins. And thank you for the note on the beds, comfort really matters! We're glad you'd recommend Chasin’ A Dream, and we’d love to host you again in a larger cabin better suited to your family's needs!
Family trip to Gatlinburg for Fall Break. Cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort and is near many popular attractions. Loved the cabin and its location. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the game room in the evenings after a day of hiking, shopping or one of the many attractions Gatlinburg has to offer. Would definitely stay here again! Bonus: We saw a large black bear at the entrance of the resort area the first evening we were there. Note: Listing states master bedroom has a private bath but it is a shared bathroom with the living area. Also, virtual check in is available but you are required to text a copy of your photo id with your face in the picture and credit card (name and last 4 digits of your card) to the property management company to prove your identity.

We spent Mardi Gras week at the cabin to escape the Mardi Gras hustle back home. Aunt Bugs was easy to work with, checkin was seamless (via keypad lock), check out instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, during our stay we did encounter a few issues. First, the gas fireplace pilot light went out twice. The first time, maintenence came the next morning to relight, the second time it was not fixed. On our 3rd night, the area had EXTREME wind conditions. So extreme, that we lost power at the cabin. I quickly reported the outage and asked the customer help line where the flashlights were (it was completely dark inside and outside the cabin). The reply was "we are getting in touch with operations" but we never heard back. We used the lights on our cell phones until we went to bed. We later found one flashlight under the kitchen sink, but no longer needed it. It would have been great to get some update or reply. Again, no pilot light so could not use the fireplace for light either. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen very well stocked and the coffee bar was a nice bonus. If not for the fireplace issues and being literally left in the dark, would give 10/10.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed your Mardi Gras escape and found the cabin clean, well-stocked, and easy to check in and out of. However, we’re truly sorry for the issues with the fireplace and the lack of communication during the power outage—this is not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a 10/10 stay in the future!
