Sunrise View is located just a block away from the Sweetwater Golf Course Clubhouse and just up the street from Ideal Beach Resort! This home will accommodate your guests nicely with large gathering areas on the main and lower levels with spacious outdoor deck areas. Five sleeping areas have an en suite bathroom making it great for family reunions! The sunrise from this property is amazing! The property includes 5 private bedrooms, a semi-private loft, and an office that can also act as a small private bedroom. The house has 6 full bathrooms and one half bath on the main floor. Guests will have access to Ideal Beach Resort where you can plan your days playing in the lake, enjoying the sun and on-site rentals, and then come back and relax in the private hot tub. The slide from the upper deck to the lower level will keep kids busy for hours of fun. For those family members who may be traveling with an RV, there's RV parking for one RV with water and electricity hookups right on site. Take a drive into town and enjoy a raspberry shake, shop for souvenirs, or pick up some groceries from Mike's Market. Don't wait, BOOK TODAY!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Strip beds, linens in laundry, start load of towels, load/run dishwasher, turn off lights/fans • Leave A/C or Heat on (74° warm months, 65° cold months) • Text 435-740-3986 at check out by 10:00 am
Trash Removal: All trash needs to taken to dumpsters on the corner of Country Club Dr. and Putter’s Lane. Please remember to remove bathroom trash, kitchen trash, and the two large trash cans outside.
Locking Up: Lock all 3 sliding glass doors from the inside (1 on each floor). Front door-pull the door closed, hit “Schlage," turn the bolt, wait a few seconds, test the door to see if it is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Individual booking the property must also be staying on site. Individuals cannot hold two bookings just to hold two dates with the intent to cancel 1.
Family groups only are allowed. No youth/college age groups and no events or large gatherings are allowed. Only gatherings of those staying on site.
Never leave children unsupervised at the property. Children must be supervised at all times including using slide, hot tub, and playground equipment.

Sweet Retreat near Sweetwater

Well designed, well appointed, and very accommodating. Family of 27 (and growing) were very comfortable. Nice bonus to have the RV parking with power & water hookups. Really enjoyed the private hot tub and pickleball court. Grandkids loved the slide. Extra big-time bonus to have access to Ideal Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very spacious, bright, and filled with natural light, which made it feel welcoming right away. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that there were so many game options available for all age groups—it kept everyone entertained. The pickleball court was definitely a highlight and provided hours of fun. We also enjoyed using the griddle and fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily come back!

A place for all

It’s rare to find a rental that provides such a fun experience for all group sizes and ages. We had a group of over 20 people with ages ranging from 2-68. Everyone had so much fun! The house is an open concept with a large gathering area on the main floor and the basement! It was great cause we could all comfortably be together if we wanted to be and if we wanted to hang/play games with a smaller group the loft has a great area to do so. The hot tub holds a good amount of people and it was great to relax in while the kiddos have a blast going down the slide! The kitchen has three ovens with a microwave that can also be an oven and there are two fridges! The hosts are great to work with and respond quickly. This has been the best rental I’ve stayed at in a long time and we’ll definitely be back!
