This 5 star unit is a high-end 1 bedroom, 1 bath modern oasis that features a gourmet inspired kitchen, spa whirlpool tub & shower, an audiophile 5.1 system with 50" HDTV, Cable TV, WiFi, AppleTV, Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, a private off street parking space, small private outdoor patio, keyless entry, BBQ, beach chairs & beach cruiser bikes provided free of charge and more.

It's open & bright, has peaceful palm tree views & has it's own private patio with fountain and BBQ! The bedroom has a queen bed and there's a queen sized convertible couch bed in the living room.

The unit comes with a private reserved parking space and the doors to get into your unit are keyless. All you do is enter in a special 4 digit code to open the doors!

Great location, great property, very responsive owner!

We loved the home - it couldn't be a better location! It is just as the photos show, with all the amenities you could wish for. Very nice TV and appliances, with OJ and breakfast snacks waiting in the fridge for us. Kevin is a very thoughtful and attentive owner - a real step above what you might expect. For us, the beach bikes were a hit! It was our first time in Venice, but we will be back and we will rent this home again.

Great place with everything you'll ever need

This is a cute little place that was so well stocked. On the way down I managed to spill something on my clothes and when I arrived what did I find? Stain remover! Kevin really thinks of everything. It's walking distance to the beach, Abbot Kinney Blvd. and so much more. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to return -- thanks, Kevin!

The apartment has the most important 3 "c" s.....comfort, convenience, and cleanliness! The amenities are high end, kitchen well stocked, and extremely convenient location. We did not need to drive a car much. Having the bikes was a plus to explore the area. We rode to the Santa Monica pier and the Marina area. Check in was streamless with the keyless entry.

A great find

A truly excellent property — well-maintained, with everything you might need for either a short or long stay. A very nice neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Abbot Kinney. The one time I had a problem — the code for the front gate didn’t work on my next-to-last day — the owner responded within 5 minutes and the issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommended

Great Rental Experience

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place. His rental is clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location. We were happy to have a designated parking space. There are 2 cruisers, but we opted to walk as his rental is close to Abbot-Kinney and the beach. Kevin has thought of every convenience in supplies/appliances and provides useful information about the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Venice getaway spot

The property was clean and in a perfect location! Walking distance to so many things yet the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kevin was very responsive and a great host. The unit was well appointed and stocked with all the necessities. The beds (even the pull out couch bed) were super comfortable as a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We completely enjoyed Kevin's place. He seems to take pride in the condition and appearance. It really felt and looked like a well-kept home. The location couldn't have been better. A few minutes walk to Abbott Kinney or the Venice circle and the neighborhood is very quiet. We found the amenities in the apartment to be great and the instruction book was very well detailed. Nothing important missing. Having a washer and dryer and A/C in the unit was a huge plus for us too. Probably the best thing is that the bedroom is separate with a door and the bed is very comfortable (we're very picky). It's seems to be a quality memory mattress. Will stay here if we're ever in Venice again. Yes, this unit is a bit more than some other places but it's worth it.

Gem It Is

We stayed 6 days in this apartment and have nothing but great things to say about it. Its good size, very comfortable with modern appliances and furniture's. Two A/C units, one for living room and one for bedroom. Unit location is prime. Very quiet and yet couple of blocks to Venice Beach and its bars and restaurants. It comes with parking spot included in your rental. If you familiar with car traffic in this area and difficulties to find parking spot you will appreciate it. We've been renting apartments for 12 years via VRBO or Airbnb but it is our first time we found something like this. Kudos to Kevin for his managing style and hard work he put into it. Better than home!

Staying in Kevin’s one bedroom apartment in Venice was a wonderful experience! He has thought of everything — anything that you might need is in the apartment. His goal is to make sure you are squared away and happy with your stay and is a great communicator. We really couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment is quiet yet so close to Abbot Kinney as well as the beach and canals. I will say if you plan on using the provided parking space having a smaller car will make parking a lot easier. Really though, no problems at all. Very happy with our experience. Thank you Kevin!!

Warmth and Charm in Venice Beach

My husband and I have stayed in several rental properties in Venice Beach, and this is by far the nicest. This apartment on a quiet street is beautifully appointed and well kept up, very clean. Comfortable and attractive furnishings, a modern kitchen and bathroom make it a relaxing retreat at the end of a day. We arrived to find the table set for two, and juice and cookies in the fridge. Kevin was a very responsive host and has made the unit very visitor friendly. The location is great and we were able to easily walk to all that Venice has to offer. The close proximity to Abbot Kinney was excellent for shopping, eating and people watching. The unit is nicely appointed with everything you need for a vacation. We made some meals in the kitchen and were very happy to find good quality spices so we didn't have to buy everything. The location was quiet and the unit felt very secure. There was even a parking spot so we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park. The unit was perfect for our long weekend getaway.

When looking for a rental on my recent visit to California there were a few things that were important to me. I wanted a clean and comfortable space in a central location and I wanted a reasonable price. With Kevin's rental I got all of this and more. Kevin runs his rentals with a level of excellence that is top notch. The price did not break my budget and the location couldn't have been better. I can't say enough about the entire experience. And on top of that jets in the bathtub and amazing pressure in the shower heads. What a dream experience. I would highly recommend renting form Kevin at this location or any other that he manages. And I without a doubt I would stay at this rental again. Close to the beach and walking distance from great food and shops. Who could ask for more.

We loved our stay here. For once, the pictures might not do full justice to how clean and updated this place is. All the features (TV, A/C, laundry, etc.) were easy to use because the owner took the time to prepare helpful instructions. On top of that, the location is hard to beat--a great little neighborhood and an easy cruiser bike ride to the beach and downtown area.

Great little place to call home while visiting Venice Beach.

Very clean with all the amenities from home. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the cubards, quality coffee maker and pantry and bathroom staples. Communication with owner was excellent from beginning to end and deposit was refunded timely. Highly recommend!

We are available as much or as little as you need us.

The unit has been set up to be fully automated for self checkin and once you book, you will receive all the information you need to park and get into the unit.

We will leave other information inside the unit so you know how to use the stereo, WiFi, bike locks, etc.
