This was my second time staying here and the next time I’m in town for work I will book again. The location is perfect with coffee and groceries close. The home itself is comfortable and has everything needed including a full fridge and stove to cook as well a coffee maker for my early morning at home coffee needs. The shower and fire place are my favorite amenities as well as the private and secure entrance. It’s well lighted at the gate and door which I greatly appreciate. I cannot say enough great things about it! Thank you!!

This place was perfect for my business stay. The amenities including the kitchen, WiFi and shower made me feel at home. It was a great space to work, do homework and relax. I was able to cook like I do at home as it was close to Trader Joe’s. I found many great coffee shops and truly appreciated being able to park in the driveway. I felt safe behind the locked gate and the automatic lighting added an additional safety element. The host was very responsive when I had a question. I look forward to staying again!

I had a very nice and relaxing stay with my partner at Karen's home in Oakland. The interior of the house was very welcoming and had really nice amenities including snack bar, coffee bar, full kitchen and dining room. The bed was super comfy and loved the entire layout of the house. The bathroom was very nice clean and organized. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Great communication

Very comfortable, extremely clean, great amenities like a full sized fridge and gas stove. We appreciated the bed with a real mattress, not a memory-foam cheap mattress that can be uncomfortable. The host was very responsive. The only issue was there's not much street parking, but that may not be a problem a lot of the time. We parked in the driveway and had to shuffle cars a couple times. Overall it's a GREAT place to stay! Thank you to a great host!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und mit ausreichend sauberen Bettzeug ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem grossen tiefen Spülbecken, einschließlich einer praktischen Handbrause, ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend vorhanden. Lediglich die vorhandenen angeschmorten Kochlöffel sowie Pfannenheber waren nicht nutzbar und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der fehlende Toaster wurde auf Wunsch sofort bereitgestellt. Der übergroße Kühlschrank bietet ausreichend Platz. Das Bad, einschließlich WC, ist ausreichend groß mit einer Dusch-/Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Überkopfbrause läßt sich nicht unabhängig von/mit der Handbrause nutzen. Im Bereich vom Einstieg in die Dusch-/Badewanne tritt nach jedem Duschvorgang Wasser auf den Boden aus. Außerdem ist es ratsam nur bei Tageslicht zu duschen, da der Bewegungsmelder vom Lichtschalter an der Tür nicht den Duschbereich erfasst! Die sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin wurde sowohl über den Wasseraustritt als auch über die eingeschränkte Lichtschaltung beim Duschen informiert.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of friendly neighbors and a generally quiet atmosphere. The community is welcoming, and while it’s usually peaceful, you might hear some festive fireworks during the holidays—people here love to celebrate! One of the things I enjoy most is the convenience; almost everything is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and San Francisco is close by too. It’s a great location that provides easy access to everything the Bay Area has to offer while still feeling like a cozy, comfortable place to call home.
