What makes this property unique
The house is located in the south end of Havasu and has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a Cal-King mattress, walk in closet, new smart TV, double sinks in the master bath and a large walk in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a Cal-King mattress, and full closet. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for a family or all kids. There is a queen size mattress and 2 sets of twin bunk beds (children only) , smart TV and full size closet. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The living room can seat 8 people comfortably and has a new smart TV for all your streaming needs. The house is equipped with a full washer and dryer, bath towels, sheets, hair dryers, extra pillows and blankets. Brand new air conditioning is controlled via WIFI and soft water is accessible throughout the house.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you would need to cook for a great dinner and the BBQ/Smoker located on the patio is easy to use. Pellets, and propane are provided. Patio furniture and extra chairs can easily seat 8 people outside and is a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise over the mountain and lake, or a cocktail watching the sunset. Cushions are located inside the house.
Parking is easy on the flat lot driveway and can easily accommodate boats and trailers fully connected to a truck. Please do not park on the street. The garage will not be accessible for guests from the house or outside.
Located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and 5 minutes to Havasu Riviera launch ramp. 10 minutes takes you downtown and the English Village at London Bridge. Sara Park is 5 minutes away and has beautiful hiking trails and views of the fireworks from the annual Fireworks show in February.
