This setting provides the quintessential Florida lifestyle. Located within a 10-15 minute drive to the hospital, downtown, restaurants, a one of the largest malls in FL UTC. Relax in the screened lanai overlooking the pond while your pooch sniffs in the fully gated backyard.
Bradenton and Anna Maria Island beaches are about 12 miles. Perida Golf & Country Club about 2 miles, 6 miles to Bradenton Area Conventional Center, 8 miles to Bradenton Country Club.

This house is spacious with a separate family and living room. The master is an ensuite while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the other side of the home. The eat in kitchen is the heart and center open to the family room.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

Beautiful home that was well equipped with everything needed for my stay . Great location… close to dinning, shopping, and beautiful beaches (Holmes white sand beach is about 10 miles or a 25 min drive). Owner/Leasing company very responsive to questions/concerns.

A very clean and safe house!

This house is beautiful and fit my family perfectly! It was clean and has everything that we needed. I stayed for 1 month and through Hurricane Helene. I slept through most of the storm. The house and neighbor felt very safe. I hate that i had to leave!

I don’t feel they were prepared to rent this property or they did care. Start with a broken bed in the master suite, soiled sheets. Dirty ( unwashed/dusty wine glasses, the screen porch area was not clean ( screen, glass table, chairs, and floor). lack of cleaning supplies. They did respond well to me. I just felt some things could have been better Ike cleaning supplies so that mold didn’t develop along with the pink stuff ( I still can think of the name of it) in the master shower. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom? No dishwasher soap??

I’m sorry to hear that the guest felt that way about the property. While it is not a brand-new construction, we take great care to maintain the home’s cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. We responded promptly to every request during their stay and, as noted in the check-in instructions, we provide starter supplies for guests. Additional supplies were delivered upon request, along with new bedding, which was ordered and promptly provided. In Florida’s climate, it’s essential to clean the shower regularly to prevent mold. However, when the guest mentioned an issue, we immediately sent a cleaner to address the alleged mold in the bathroom, which was easily removed with basic cleaning products. Regarding the mention of "dirty" glasses or dishes, this was never brought to our attention during their stay. We ensure all items are clean and ready for use, and previous guest reviews have not indicated similar concerns. That being said, we value all feedback and take every review seriously as an opportunity for constructive improvement. Our goal remains to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all future guests.
