Excellent bay view convenient location. Parking no problem.A few housekeeping issues ( had to replace smoke alarm battery in master bedroom, bathroom soap dispensers empty, no wine bottle opener, one bedroom bed listed as king, it’s not… oh, had to use our own hotspot for tv & WiFi- no connection unless host rebooted modem… Overall, a nice place to stay with family .

The location is great, on a quiet street, overlooking the bay and marshes with a stunning view of the sunset, yet walkable to the beach. Very close to some of the most popular OC restaurants. This is the nicest property I've stayed in at OC, both in terms of being kept up and the decorative details. Even the sheets felt luxurious. This is the only rental that had beach towels available, which was a convenient touch. K-cups were provided for coffee, and body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. There's parking and some green space to take the dog to. Central A/C plus fans in every room kept us very comfortable. Do bring slippers; the beautiful floor can be very chilly under bare feet! I would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The house was spotless and very well equipped incl. generous amt. of coffee and plenty of towels. The view of the bay was amazing. The parking was little tight but manageable. People upstairs moved around and dragged furniture until 3am. Don't know if they are resistant or visitors.

The property was well represented, as shown in the pictures. Very clean and a great view of the bay! Centrally located on 72 nd street. We would return to this property if we were coming back to OC. Exterior stairwell not well lighted is our only negative comment.
