Cozy 3-bedroom cabin on beautiful Sand Lake in lovely Cumberland, WI.

Discover the beauty of Cumberland from this 3-bedroom cabin. Whether you like to fish, kayak, tube, waterski, cross country ski, snowmobile or just RELAX, the GABin is the place for you! This lakehouse has a beautiful view, which can be enjoyed from the dock, large back deck, or almost every room in the house.
The property defines relaxation and can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and 1 King), and additional sleeping space in the basement (futon) . The comfortable Great Room has a gas fireplace, adjoins the dining area and open design kitchen, which is well-equipped for creating those tasty vacation meals. Amenities like AC (mini split units), WiFi, and a washing machine ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The basement provides a wonderful recreation space for kids and adults alike. There is a large air hockey table that can also be converted to a ping pong table, and a large screen smart TV. All TV's are smart TV's, available for you to use your login for any streaming service you have.
Outside, you have a wonderful flat space in the front, with a fun tire swing for the kids. In the back, it's just a short and gentle walk down to the lake. We have provided 2 kayaks and paddles, as well as 1 lilypad that stays in the water (summer months only). There are some adult life jackets available. You are welcome to use the dock to park your own boats or other watercrafts. The lake is great for recreational use, as well as fishing. Catch musky, sunnys, panfish, northerns, and more! Nearby, you will find the beautiful town of Cumberland, vibrant with small-town festivals, great coffee shops, bars and local restaurants. Everything within a 15 minute drive.

**Please note - we want you to have an incredible stay, but with neighbors on both sides of us if you are looking for a "party house" this isn't the property for you. Also, please be aware that we have one exterior camera located on the garage to monitor occupancy.

We do offer flexibility on the minimum night requirement seasonally, so please reach out if this is a problem or you have questions about it.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put any used towels in a pile in the main level bathroom shower. Leave beds that were slept in UNMADE with sheets still on the beds.
Please take all garbage out to the black garbage can in the garage and put the lid on. Load and run the dishwasher before you leave the cabin please.
All kayaks/paddle board and the lilypad should be pulled out of the water and left where they were found. All life jackets should be hung up on the hangers in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property was beautiful and perfect for what my family was looking for. Most of all I would like to say how incredible the communication was with the owner. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to have a stress free weekend. Very very impressed. I would 10/10 recommend this property.

We had a great time at this venue! The host was very accommodating and a great communicator. It’s a nice property with a lot of sleeping space, expansive yard and a fun play area for kids in the basement. The only downside for us was the waterfront. There wasn’t much of a beach for swimming. The dock was a little small and had a large pontoon parked at it, so fishing options were limited. That said we had a lot of fun on the kayaks, canoe, and Lilly pad that were provided!
