We loved the house. We loved everything about it and the host was awesome. We just didn’t like the fact that young kids came to the front door at night to sell us “candy”. That was the only thing that was not great. The area is just ok but we understand. Hopefully more houses will be remodeled and eventually be gentrified.

The Rose Haven was clean and well furnished. With seven bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The large kitchen, dining area, living room allowed us to eat and play games together. We celebrated our son’s graduation from Baylor Law School. The host even had a sweet treat delivered while we attended the graduation ceremony. Very thoughtful. Great communication with the host! She was quick to respond to any questions!

Rose haven was an exceptionally beautiful home. We had 12 family members gather for the weekend. With seven bedrooms everyone had great accommodations. Clean, comfortable, quiet and just what we needed. Also, the host is the best in the business. Personable and quick to respond. We will hope to make this home on the rotation in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rose Haven in Waco, TX! Our family of 15 gathered from across the United States for Thanksgiving, and this stunning property was the perfect backdrop for our reunion. The home's charm and amenities exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. The spacious layout was fantastic, allowing everyone to comfortably enjoy their own space. With 7 bedrooms boasting 6 king beds and a queen, there was no need for cramming into tiny rooms—everyone had their own comfortable retreat. The large dining room accommodated our entire family for festive meals, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking a joy rather than a chore. We loved the spacious island and were amazed by the quality of appliances, including the refrigerator with filtered water and ice spheres! The living spaces were beautifully designed for relaxation and gathering. The kids had a blast in the backyard, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit while the enclosed area provided a safe place for them to run and play. The owners of Rose Haven are exceptionally caring and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The home's location is another fantastic perk, with easy access to local attractions.Rose Haven is an extraordinary property that I can't recommend highly enough! I would gladly stay here again and again. Thank you for an unforgettable Thanksgiving experience!
