We love central Sioux Falls for both its proximity to downtown as well as the hospitals and universities but also it’s unique and quaint charm and it’s walkable to McKennan Park!

This property has 1950s charm but is newly remodeled with upgraded features like a larger, fully stocked kitchen and a gorgeous modern fireplace!
