Convenient to Tennessee campus, small but sufficient for family of 4 with a dog, fenced backyard was so convenient, hosts have thought of everything from shampoo/conditioner/body wash to outlets to charge devices to welcome snacks.
Very clean, quiet, comfortable house in a nice neighborhood that’s a short drive to downtown. Well appointed, comfortable beds. The house was perf3ct for our needs and we will gladly book again.
This property was exactly as advertised and warm and inviting.. Don’t let the area you first turn into bother you it is commercial, but the home itself is in an adorable neighborhood and we enjoyed driving around looking at the houses.. I would not hesitate to recommend this home, and I think as a former travel agency owner that comes as high praise.
Driveway is straight up so be prepared with a good parking brake and the ability to climb stairs. And it sleeps 6. There is a blow up bed if you need more. Otherwise very nice. We would stay again! Barking neighborhood dog was annoying but out of the host control. Kept me awake until midnight.
The house was great! Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were very happy with the house itself. The neighbor let a German Shepard outside around 11pm and it barked all night which kept us all awake, and that was frustrating.
The property overall was really great. The owner was in constant contact, which was great. The house is very charming. The neighborhood is one of our favorites in Knoxville. It’s very convenient to everything and it’s quiet. The only negative is the sofa was very worn out and the dining chairs were very stained. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
Overall the property was exactly as advertised. Extremely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. As others have noted in their reviews, there was definitely a mustiness to the house, but to be expected with the basement built into the hillside. The owners do have air purifiers running to counteract. The owners are extremely responsive. They have a nice detailed handbook with items about the house, as well as restaurants, sites to see, etc.Overall a good place to stay.
The place was very clean, in a beautiful neighborhood, and accessible to downtown. My family was in for a concert and had all we needed for our time in town.
My wife and I met up with her sister and husband to celebrate my stepson his 49th birthday. He and his wife live in Knoxville, so all enjoyed the food, sites and great times! Great location for our house. Conveniently located, very comfortable.
