*Bustling resort with quiet corner unit on 10th floor with drive up parking! Quiet, quiet unit. This is why we bought this home (and for the view)!
* Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand buckets/toys included
*NO obstructed view. See ocean from balcony, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom
*Both bathrooms remodeled
*Electronic key pad entry
*Commercial outdoor dining set and lounge chairs on balcony- beautiful view
*2 Outdoor pools, indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, water slide, submarine water park with preschool pool, mushroom preschool pool, lazy river under cover (no sunburn), tables with umbrellas – we love to eat picnic lunches there.
*On-site arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, floor size chess/ checkers
*On-site eats and drinks! River City Cafe and Starbucks are my favorite!!
*Summer time Italian Ice stand

The condo was clean, and the view was amazing! The resort pools and slide kept our kids busy. We were able to enjoy the beach which was just in the "back yard" of the resort.

Beautiful even during a tropical storm

This property was absolutely lovely and the owner was great to work with! Our vacation ended up getting dampened by a tropical storm, but the unit was nice and secure and the resort gave us plenty to do even with some of the outdoor activities closed. If you want to come stay in Myrtle Beach and have things to do without being in the craziness of the boardwalk come check this one out!!!

Love this location, on the north end of Myrtle Beach! Close to all the Myrtle and North Myrtle places of interest.

What makes this property unique

Love, love parking on the condo level. Not many resorts offer this. Starbucks is on the ground floor. Condo is a corner unit, only 3 units away from the elevator! These are my top reasons for Loving my condo location - Shelly.
