This was a wonderful rental for me while my daughter was here on a visit to Davidson. The little office let me get work done between tours and coach visits, and I walked every day at the nature preserve. It was clean, the tiny kitchen was perfect!I’ll definitely be back.

It’s a perfect home in a great location. The convenience to walk to the grocery store within two minutes was extremely helpful. I’d even go as far as to say that the pictures do not do the place justice. It feels much bigger inside and having the office and bedroom on the second floor separating the living room was perfect. It was also really nice to have a half bath on the first floor and although we didn’t use them, having the washer and dryer available was a nice touch. If we stayed a bit longer, we would have certainly utilized them. Frank was really helpful and the place was immaculate. Would be hard pressed to find a better option if you’re staying anywhere near Davidson or Lake Norman. Even if you were planning to visit the city but wanted the relaxation of staying outside, this spot is a great option. It’s a charming neighborhood and parking wasn’t an issue. Plenty of options to park just outside the property on the very safe street. The only recommendation or suggestion I have is for a smart tv to be added to the bedroom. I’m accustomed to falling asleep with a tv and although sleeping wasn’t an issue as I was exhausted at the end of the day, the option would have been nice. Certainly not a reason not to stay at this amazing spot though!
