Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Williams retreat. This marvelous model like house features a cozy living room with a fireplace. Enjoy the high end king and queen beds in the bedrooms, a Murphy bed in the living room along with 3 bathrooms equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Enjoy coffee while sitting on the back patio watching a train go by or occasionally catching deer out back. Watch a movie on the huge tv’s with WiFi. Experience what Williams has to offer with a stay at our house. It’s 2 miles to town with restaurants, shopping and wine tasting rooms. Bearizona is less than 10 minutes away, a zip line and the train ride to the Grand Canyon and Polar Express are downtown minutes away. Golf, hiking and several lakes also just minutes away. It’s the perfect location.

Excellent house and host :)

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family! It was beautiful, very comfortable (the beds were amazing), extremely clean, and just perfect for our stay! Scott was an excellent host, was super easy to communicate with, and always responded promptly. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again in the near future!

Beautiful home and close to all the fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! It was clean, modern, updated, safe, and close to town and all the amenities that Williams has to offer. Beautiful views and perfect location! The pictures and description on the website were all so true! Large TVs, grill, coffee maker with pods, great Wifi, all the amenities! The beds were amazing and the host was wonderful to work with! We would love to come back. A perfect getaway for our family! Thank you again!

You’ll love this neighborhood, it’s families and nice and quiet, only 1 street from the golf course, about 2 minutes to the clubhouse and 2 miles to town.

What makes this property unique

This home is only 3 years old, its furnished just like a model home, there are trees out back and sometimes deer running through there and a train that comes by a couple times a day.
