Awesome property! Had 5 families and 17 people plenty of room for everyone. Nothing needed they had everything!Only downside is long idle zone to get to open water which isn’t that big of deal. Great location will definitely stay there again!

We love this house! Absolutely everything is perfect for a large group. We have stayed here multiple years and hope to stay here again soon! Beds are comfortable. Bunk room is ideal for the big or little kids. Hot tub is great for a large group. Dock is new and perfect, fitting two boats easily.

If you're looking for a larger house for a lake getaway, stop looking and book this house. A recent new build, everything is modern, clean, and the perfect space to host a large group.They did an amazing job with all the little details and did not spare any expense. From the ice maker to fill coolers, to double the amount of appliances, you will have anything you could possibly imagine right at your fingertips.That is not even mentioning the fact that you are right on the water, at the very end of a no-wake zone cove, giving you some privacy to float and enjoy the lake. The dock is well-built and adds to the fun.We also loved the hot tub and the large bunk room that provided a unique sleeping arrangement for guests, without sacrificing comfort.I could go on and on, but what you see is what you get, so don't miss out and book this place now!

Best place for families!

We had the best time at Tan Lines and Good Times! There were so many rooms with bunk beds and also a dedicated bunk room for kids who were older. For our 5 friend families all with little ones there was more than enough room and plenty of beds. The large TVs in all the bedrooms and main rooms made it so nice to set the kids up for movie nights. The area of the lake was so quiet and nice. The house is at the end of a cove with no wake zone all around. The slide and dock were endless fun and the hot tub allowed us to spread out. The firepit was gorgeous and all of the outdoor furniture was great quality and there was plenty for all of us! Can’t say enough good things about this house—very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Only *minor* downside was there were many stairs to get down to the dock but this was to be expected at this part of the lake and was clearly shown in the pictures. Sugar Hollow marina was also very close by boat or car and had great food, an inflatable course for older kids and a nice gift shop. I hope we can come back to this great house again!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation! It has a very well stocked kitchen. I loved that this specific property was at the end of the road/cove. We had no boat traffic whatsoever. The storage on the dock was also so nice to have to avoid lugging things up and down those stairs that we were using down there regularly! We did have some tvs that were malfunctioning and the property managers responded very quickly and rectified the problem immediately. The industrial ice machine was such a life saver! The only semi-bad thing I will say about the house is that the king/ bunk room combo by the bottom deck back door, would not cool off like the other bedrooms. The pictures posted here are deceiving as far as the dock. I originally thought you had to share a dock with your neighbors but that is not the case. Also sugar hollow marina is close enough that if you send 1 person to get your boat rental it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the house so you could always pick up your group! Overall great stay and i’d book again at any of their properties.
