Welcome to our exquisite beach house in the charming coastal town of Encinitas, California. This sun-drenched retreat features two inviting bedrooms and one bathroom, providing ample space for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable seaside getaway. Step inside to discover a bright and airy living space adorned with coastal-inspired décor, offering a cozy haven to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with new modern appliances and stone countertops, invites guests to whip up delicious homemade meals to be savored in the dining area or alfresco on the private patio while enjoying breathtaking ocean views. Each thoughtfully appointed bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep with plush bedding and a tranquil ambiance. Great location, perfect little house and yard for a girls’ weekend. Walkable to everything in Encinitas. You’ll definitely hear the train, but it’s much less frequent on weekends and not overnight. Would stay here again!

Great overall property with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets - unreal honestly but because of hill and staggered houses view is amazing.., very beautiful. Check in was a little bumpy as VRBO didn't send the welcome email with code for key or wifi so I had to reach out to the host to get both of those, was responsive after a short time. Didn't use hot tub but looked great - spent too much time at the beach. Used fire pit, was a nice set up to sit out on patio for a nice SoCal evening. Outdoor shower works good to wash off an ocean sand.

We had a nice stay overall, with a few things that could be improved.Pros: The location was great and very convenient for getting around. The yard was a big highlight—perfect for kids to play and enjoy the sunset.Cons: There were several maintenance and convenience issues. The WiFi password provided didn’t work, and even after reaching out, the issue wasn’t resolved during our 3-night stay. The propane tank for the fire pit was empty, and when we asked about it, we were told to either find an extra onsite or purchase one ourselves for reimbursement, which felt off-putting.The kitchen was very minimally stocked—no measuring cups or spatula—which made cooking difficult. There was also no laundry detergent provided, so we weren’t able to do laundry. The bathroom sink was clogged, and some of the furniture could use attention (the couch was uncomfortable and tended to slide, and the coffee table was wobbly).Communication was handled through Vrbo, which was fine, but it would have been really helpful to have a printed guide in the house with basic instructions (WiFi, checkout details, etc.).With a few fixes and better stocking, this could be a great place to stay—we would consider staying again.
