Historic downtown Montgomery is only 1.7 miles away and is a short distance from Sam Houston National Forest. Lake Conroe is 5 miles away. You can rent boats, jet skis and world class fishing, dine on the lake. Hiking and camping is available at Sam Houston National Forest.

All guest under the age of 18 should be supervised at all times when near the hot tub.

There is a rail road that runs along the South side of the property so you may hear occasional train noise. However, they do not blow their horn and we do provide noise canceling devices in all of the bedrooms in case of light sleepers in your party.
