• Parking: One vehicle per unit is allowed under the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles may be parked on the street where available.
• Floor/Elevator: This home is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building; it’s operated and maintained by the building management and may be unavailable due to maintenance or outages. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer are located in the unit.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. An additional cleaning fee may apply if evidence of a pet is found.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
