Welcome to Condo # 07, a beautifully remodeled lower-level garden view unit that captures the charm of Old Hawaii. This relaxing beach getaway is just steps from Sugar Beach, offering 590 foot space with a comfortable bedroom and an open kitchen-living area. The California King bed ensures a restful night, and there are two TVs for your entertainment during downtime. I personally enjoy the serene garden and pool view, along with convenience of being so close to the beach. Within walking distance, you'll find a farmers market, an ABC store, a bakery, and the islands best shaved ice. For those looking to explore, there are excellent local restaurants nearby, as well as a community center featuring an outdoor basketball hoop. Nature walks and mini golf are just a short drive away. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella, making it easy for you to enjoy your time by the ocean. With free parking, on-site laundry, and high speed internet, our condo offers all the conveniences for a perfect Maui getaway.

Unit #7 is located on the lower level and has a garden view. It is close to the pool and only a few extra steps to the beach. With a California king size bed and AC in the bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. This condo has a flat screen TV in living room with DVD.
