Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cozy cabin, stunning views, and convenient location, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Listing was exactly as it was stated. Loved the location and it was close to everything. Had everything that we needed. The hot tub area had a TV and it was nice for those of us who didn't want to miss the soccer game. Had a couple of bear sightings that some of my family members that had never seen before thought was way cool. Would definitely keep this on my list to stay again . From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing and the little side yard was great for our puppy! Our kids had a blast and we will definitely consider renting again when we come back! Everything was Amazing! Thank You So Much!
This was a beautiful home/cabin. The only issues we had were with the hot tub and the oven, but were too busy to really use either one. The host was prompt on responding back, so overall, we had a wonderful time, and a beautiful home to enjoy some downtime in.

Disliked: Check-in
The driveway is very, very narrow and steep. Having two cars was difficult. The house was nice and was mostly clean. There was crumbs in the couch cushions from previous guests, however it is also dog friendly, which we appreciated. During our stay we found a bed rail broken and also had a bear destroy the grill. We made the host aware and they responded quickly, but neither item was fixed or otherwise addressed while we were there. Our biggest complaint was the driveway. If you do not have all wheel or 4 wheel drive, you would have trouble getting up in the rain.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Cons-The cabin had a very musty smell downstairs-I bought air fresheners to try to help it but they didn’t do anything. The floor was very dirty, our feet were filthy after walking on it. The counter had a dirty film on it in the kitchen. The bed was not comfortable (in the main bedroom). The driveway is VERY steep. The cabin needs deep cleaning. Hot tub didn’t warm after a few days(we didn’t report it because we only used it a couple times). After a couple days we were told a new fridge would be delivered & then told it would not, they would keep us updated. The next day a delivery truck showed up but didn’t deliver due to the driveway-no one let us know they were coming, I informed THEM of the attempted delivery. Then we never heard anything else-why would you do a delivery when you have the cabin rented?!Pros-decent location. Nice deck area. Quiet & peaceful. Pet friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin, nor would I rent it again.

Great house, very well furnished inside and nice kitchen! Just an FYI that isn’t super descriptive on the listing, the driveway is VERY steep

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean space and had a great experience with our team. We’d be happy to host you again anytime.
We really enjoyed our stay!! From the hot tub, to bears, to listening to the creek on the balcony. It was perfect for my family! We got to do lots of fun activities that weren't too far, or just comfortable to hang around. When we first got there we noticed bear activity having dragged trash everywhere. I contacted management and it was fixed the very next day. We had a great stay and were treated so well!

We had a blast the cabin is beautiful. The hill is super steep you may not be able to drive up the hill when there is snow. But we had a blast thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you had a great time at the cabin. We appreciate the feedback on the hill and will make sure guests are aware of it during winter months. We hope to host you again soon!
The cabin was clean inside and well-stocked. I wish the outdoor hot tub area had been kept cleaner, though. Also, the driveway was very steep. While trying to go up the driveway, our tire was punctured. The staff was quick to respond to any concerns I had.
Beautiful property! Need to be a little more cleaner. House had a couple issues but we had a wonderful time. House is amazing and the location is beautiful. Everything is close to the house! Thank you!

The cabin and location were perfect. The driveway was a bit steep, but we were warned. The house was very clean. The only complaint would be the rugs. They were definitely tripped over a few times and need to be replaced. Overall, a wonderful time and place to stay!

The cabin was ok overall and worked for what we needed, but I feel the pictures were deceiving. The cabin is much older than it looks in the photos and felt dirty. It is pet friendly and definitely smells like dog. I saw the picture of the stairs up to the front door, but what is not pictured is the VERY steep, very treacherous driveway leading up to those stairs. We had a sprinter van for the trip and it was scarier than any rollercoaster at Dollywood going up and down there- especially if it was wet (which it rains quite frequently in the mountains). The view was also not what I expected as you are at the base of the mountain so all you see are the trunks of the trees. There is a nice stream running in front of the property that is best seen from the master bedroom balcony. Also, look closely at the photos to see there is no shower in the master bath so you will be sharing with the second bedroom. My boys reported the loft area is quite warm so bring fans if you plan to sleep up there. It says in the description they will provide a “starter kit” of supplies, but it did not say what that included. For anyone else wondering…there is a box in the kitchen of 2 dishwasher pods, 4 laundry pods, a small liquid dish soap, a sponge, one dish towel, 3 garbage bags, and one extra roll of paper towels. 3 of the bathrooms had boxes including a bar of soap and small shampoos, conditioner, body wash and lotions. Lots of towels and hairdryers. I could not find any other cleaning supplies.
The location and home were awesome for our party. However, the driveway is treacherous without 4WD and not doable in any inclement weather. Scary!! We did not have heat but the mgmt brought space heaters. We left early due to this but understood that things like this happen at times. The company did rectify the situation and refunded a partial credit for the days we did not stay. Otherwise a very nice place. Clean and well maintained.
The house and amenities were nice...not excellent. Master bedroom had a garden tub but no shower. The driveway was so steep with the long vehicle we took the truck teetered on three wheels when we turned it around to leave the property. Internet was spotty at best. Nothing could be wached via wifi and the tv channels didnt work.. the house had a flight of stairs up to it and three levels inside. So be prepared for a great workout. Would I stay here again? No. I would find another place.
