About this property

Beautiful 3 Bed Condo in Mt CB Pool & Hot Tub

Only a short (5 min) walk across to the slopes. Right on the bus route and a quick (6-7 minute) hop over to the base area or a direct route into Crested Butte town.

Recently renovated 3 bed 3 bath condo has been designed to comfortably host 6 adults with two king beds and one bedroom with two full beds and open plan living space. 8 adults maximum if you have two couples in the 3rd bedroom sharing the full beds.

In-house washer and dryer with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

Year round there is access to the Chateau pool and hot tub where you can light the BBQ and grill with the breathtaking mountains in the background.

*Please note, the condo is limited to a maximum number of 6 adults.

The condo is situated on the bus route which offers a free service to the base area for ski lifts, coffee, shopping and the kids camp as well as the town bus into CB itself. Being just a short walk to the base area, the summers can be enjoyed hiking and biking the extensive trails moments from your doorstep.

A very nice, well-appointed condo. Convenient to bus route. Walk up to 3rd floor. Some difficulty obtaining check-in information which was resolved. Good value and would stay here again

We had an amazing time at this condo! The location was better than we thought! We were able to walk back-and-forth to the mountain. There is a shuttle that you can jump on. But it's literally across the street from the mountain. The condo had all of our cooking items we needed. We brought food. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Location

For a ski trip, this is a fabulous locationI It is walking distance to the chair lift and ski village - which also works for a summer stay as the chair lift is operating and the village has multiple things to do. It is a quick drive to town, though the shuttle buses are terrific and run continuously. I had one issue with parking but the owner responded to my inquiries and the matter was resolved quickly. I truly appreciated the prompt response.
