Cozy Bungalow was the perfect lodging for our trip downstate. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, the location boasts easy parking, quiet nights, and short commutes to area restaurants (we enjoyed Pekara Bistro and Sakura Sushi), stores, and the University. The space itself is thoughtfully decorated with welcoming touches like a full pitcher of filtered water in the fridge and cheerful artwork throughout the house. Other highlights included comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and the dining room table -- perfect for playing cards. (Bonus! as avid board gamers, we were delighted to find that Cozy Bungalow is just two blocks from a fantastic board game store, Titan Games!) Communication with Daniel was prompt, professional, and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay! I-L-L!
Cute place and quiet even though close to main street. Clean and well set up. Had a great stay. Recommend that a new set of skillets be purchased.

I found the property to be very charming and cozy with a nostalgic ambiance. The only recommendations I have are to paint the porch and to add TVs in the bedrooms.
Beautifully refurbished old home in the heart of Champaign
The house is beautifully redone. Love the tin ceiling accents and coffee options included. The laundry room with nice washer and dryer were super helpful on a family trip. Plenty of blankets, sheets, etc. also plenty of dishes to cook a family meal. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Would stay again.
This small house was perfect for our family of five (all adults). Our stay was short and we didn’t spend much time there. House is quite old, but everything was in working order.
This cozy bungalow was just that, well located nearHessel Park and close to downtown. Despite being on a major street the house is very quiet with no noise disturbances. This is important to me as I am a light sleeper. Kitchen is updated and well supplied. We would stay here again.
We had a great experience at this property. Dan was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. Communication was easy from start to finish. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well decorated. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine—such a nice touch for coffee lovers. The location was super convenient, with a bus stop right outside that we used several times to get around.Just one thing to be aware of: the house is quite old, and you can hear the floors creak when walking around. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s something to know in advance.Overall, a pleasant stay and we’d recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-located home with a great host.
