Awesome cape canaveral condo

What a great condo experience! Clean and tidy, the furnishings and appliances were all good, and the view was wonderful. Watched a rocket launch at night and all the birds, manatees, fishes, and dolphins by day from the comfort of their 5th floor balcony. Marion made our stay easy and was quick to respond to questions. Overall great place to stay!

Beautiful 5th floor balcony! From 5-75 manatees don in front of us every morning! Dolphins, turtles and severe kinds of birds. Watched the cruise ships going out everyday and the rocket launches!

My husband, baby girl, and I live on North Merritt Island. When we aren't tending to our homestead, we enjoy getting out on the river and enjoying the beach. We want to share some of the gems of the space coast with others.

What makes this property unique

This gated community is located walking distance from the beach, parks, and restaurants with river access for boating and kayaking on site. The heated pool makes pool time in the winter months enjoyable.
