I cannot say enough about this property! Great location. Clean, bright, open. The manager was accessible and helpful. I would happily stay again! And … the bed was comfortable! I loved it.
Nice open, airy, clean and comfortable place, easy parking. I was not happy aboard the checkout time and and the extra 18.00 for an extra hour seemed petty and nickel and dime ing your customer. Oh well I hope you gave the 18.00 to the cleaners. Anyhow great place anyhow. Thank yoi
A stylish, spacious loft with several windows overlooking Charles Street. Plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen, a small dining table with two chairs, a desk, a couch in front of the TV, and a big, comfortable bed. There is also a washer-dryer in the basement (2.50 for both the washer and dryer. You have to place two quarters side by side into each of 5 slots. Took me a while to figure that out.). The place is centrally located, with the State Capitol, Brown University and downtown Providence all within walking distance. Two things to note: (1) There are no elevators, so you have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs, and (2) if you're checking in at night, it may be hard to see the keypad on the building entrance door, as the keypad is the same black as the door and stays unlit until you press one of the buttons. The host was very communicative and proactive. If I'm ever in Providence again and this place is available, I would love to stay here again.
Very nice place and great location. Communication was excellent!! Thank you so much!

This was such an easy, lovely stay! We loved the vibe-character with the brick walls and wood flooring, plus the high ceilings and open layout felt spacious. Good lighting. Communicative hosts. Highly recommend!
Jennifer’s place was perfect for my stay in Providence and was way better than a hotel. It was very safe, secure, and quiet. She provided everything I needed, it was very clean, and there is a parking space for your car. You can easily walk downtown and along the river. Would stay again!
I wanted a bright, open space to work on some artwork uninterrupted. This was just what I needed. Unfussy and uncluttered, with everything I could need and with thoughtful touches. Thank you!
It was all beyond what was advertised! The pictures were gorgeous and in real life it was better! It was impeccable, just spotless! Gloriously ready for us and the kitchen was so nice! It had everything we needed and in full size. We shopped at Whole Foods, just an easy walk away. I slept so restfully! Bed was cozy as could be. One day we just stayed in and didn’t feel any loss. It was wonderful. We will come back again!Back!
