We had a great experience. The only thing I wish we had was a vacuum to use while there. The property was great and there was plenty for everyone to do.

Overall, we had a great stay! Parking was good, the room was clean, the view was amazing. My son loved the lazy river. We stayed for the fourth of July so catching an elevator was terrible but expected. We had to carry all of our belongings down the stairs when checking out because we could not catch an elevator.

Relaxing getaway!

My family stayed at Anchors Away for spring break, the property looked exactly like the pictures provided. The property was clean and spacious, just enough room for our family of 5. Check in process was easy, we arrived a few hours early but we were able to get wrist bands for the pools and beach access was feet away. Wpuld definitely stay there again.

This was the first time we stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The condo was super nice and spacious and my boys loved the splash pad area! (4 & 8 years old) My boys are already asking when can we come back! I can’t wait to book here again!

Good time, the elevators are less than desirable. Also, no oversight for the hot tub, there were very young kids/infants in the hot tub. No one wants to sit in a urine infested hot tub. The hot tub needs to be restricted to 16 and up, kids were doing backflips of the side of the hot tub into the pool. The was a great disappointment to me all of the pools areas for kids let the adults enjoy the hot tub.

We had many issues with this listing as a family of 5, 4 adults and 1 child. The Room:The door knob of the second bedroom came off in our hand upon opening the door. The pull out couch was unusable, could feel all the springs. Had to go buy an air mattress to accommodate child. Hair dryer was greasy sticky and had hair on it. Tonges and silverware in drawer were dirty. Vacuum cleaner had broken handle. Towel bar in master bathroom fell off wall. Sink drain stopper in the sink and tub not working. Had to physically hold up to drain.

The apt was roomy, very clean, and contained plenty starter amenities. Beds are super comfortable. The front bathroom could benefit from another towel bar and/or wall hooks. Master bath was perfect. The location is great. Away from the busiest touristy area but beautiful beach and water fun for families and kids. I did not like needing to go through a management company IN ADDITION to VRBO. Nothing in the description says the apt is directly across from elevator but it turned out to be okay. I was never disturbed by elevator noise. The price can't be beat so any tiny irritants are quickly forgiven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary items were very necessary and helpful as we forgot a few things we needed that they wound up supplying which was super helpful for our stay. The only thing I would recommend them doing is leaving the broom out so guest have access to use it when necessary. Outside of that the kids had a blast using all of this condos amenities. This is the perfect family vacay spot when you have little ones. We will def be booking again next year!

Pleasantly Surprised

Fantastic stay at 706W in the Splash Resort. The elevators were busy at times but that is to be expected. The rooms were as advertised, no complaints at all. Clean space! If we could have stayed longer, we would have. Blue Swell was on point as well, no issues.

The view was great! The condo was small, but we made it work. The kids loved the water park & pools. The wait for the elevators was horrible. The elevators kept breaking down so we had to walk the 7 floors. My mom is elderly & it was difficult for her.

Splash Resort

We love staying at Splash Resort. The resort itself is always clean and friendly. Check in is easy. Customer service is great. The condo we stayed in was exactly what was stated on the listing. Clean. Great view. I requested extra sheets and towels and they weren’t forgotten about! With other rentals, I usually get texts about extending my stay or checking in about half way through the stay which I didn’t receive from Blue Swell. I wish I would’ve been contacted because we would’ve loved to extend our stay one more night. I tried calling but could not get through to anybody at the time. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our stay. Only a couple issues. Guest bedroom closet smelled horrible. Our son and daughter in law could not even hang their clothes up in there. Pictures were taken off the wall and stacked in the smelly closet. Kitchen faucet was loose. Master bath should have a grab bar installed as it is a deep tub.
