About this property
A single room for Red Rocks visitors and traveling professionals
Please note: this listing is for a private room in a shared home, not the entire place. Shoes off in carpeted areas, including your room, please.
Spacious, quiety, and stylish place for your stay in Denver. 5 min to green mountain, 8 min to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 22 min to downtown Denver, 1h 25 min to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy queen bed, dedicated bath, modern kitchen with essential appliances. I live here with my two huskies: a 9 y.o. husky girl and a younger (roughly 1-2 y.o.) boy. They are both people friendly. My girl is reactive to other dogs, however, so I cannot host any pets.
Kitchen amenities include stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, Breville espresso machine, vitamix, toaster, egg boiler, wine cooler. This place also comes with a home gym (a bench and two powerblock dumbbells up to 90 lbs/each), Tesla EV charger (Gen 3), A/C and swamp cooler, W/D, front yard, backyard with covered patio and outdoor furniture.
Red rocks concert goers: it is quite easy to book a uber/lyft to and from my place to the theater, but sometimes drivers would drop riders off at the foot of the amphitheater, which would require 20-30 min's hike to get to the concert venue (happend to one of my guests). Also, there may be a steep surcharge when the concert ends, when everyone is trying to get out. So I'd recommend renting a car at the airport--I have plenty of street parking space here, and the amphitheater also has several big parking lots. That being said, if you really need a round -trip delivery and pickup from my house to Red Rocks, I could do it for $120. Please contact in advance to make sure I have the availability.
When you leave, please remove all pillowcases, bed sheets, covers, and towels and leave them on the bed or floor. Please put all trash into the provided trash bin, remove and tie the trash bags in both the bedroom and bathroom, and take them out to the trash bin by the driveway. If you need extra trash bag, please let me know. If you leave early in the morning, please lock the door. Thank you and safe travels!
For relatively longer term rental, please reach out directly. I am generally looking for someone who is a traveling professional, such as a consultant or a traveling nurse. Alternatively, I'd also consider a student who is in town for internships or an exchange program.
