We enjoyed our stay at the Sunset River House. The home was spacious, clean and bright with spectacular views from the deck. The comfortable beds, thick bath towels, coffee and easy wifi and tv instructions were especially appreciated after a busy week of traveling. The lawn and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. This was the perfect location for us to stay for our son’s wedding at Saltwater Fields Wedding and Event Barn.
Really enjoyed this property. The location and settings were spectacular. The views from the deck, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom windows were all beautiful. Especially the view from the master bedroom at night. The layout of the house was really practical and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and very usable. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The listing needs to be updated, the listing states one double bunk bed in the third room. It’s actually a full or queen size bed, which worked for us, but if you are planning on children using the bunks, you might be a little disappointed. There are a few small finishing areas, like missing molding, that need to be completed. But they didn’t deter from the experience. Overall a great stay, well worth the price. I would definitely return.
I grew up right next door at my parents house. Originally this use to be my grandfathers house. I beyond grateful to keep this property in the family and share this beautiful view.
