Jaylin and four guests was approved, however there was approximately 30-40 guests showed up. We learned in the late night and early morning there was a party thrown. They did not follow house rules at all. That trashed our home. They broke the dining room table, knocked a few holes in walls, removed the a/c filter vent door, left trash all over house, took WiFi off line, left house unlock and left a note stating (we apologize for your inconvenience). Smoking drugs smells was though out the house. It has taken 10 days to restore home. I would not recommend Jaylin and guests to any properties. Thank you

Lovely in Mobile

We came for the annual Mardi Gras celebration with 2 of our young adult children and grandchild. Upon arrival the host greeted us, they live near by and told us if there is anything we needed to let them know. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. To include a washer, dryer, laundry soap and all. The kitchen was very clean and we came into a fridge of water and a fully stocked coffee bar (my personal highlight) You also have everything you would need to cook if needed. They have dishes or disposable so you have whatever you are comfortable with. Bed were comfortable and clean. The 2nd bathroom was a bit small but served its purpose. The house is a bit dated but falls right in line with the charming style of the area, and you can see the upgrades already done. The location was great and nothing we needed or wanted to do was very far off. We had a wonderful time and would most defiantly stay again.
