Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great Kihei Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is wonderfully appointed and was our family of 4’s home away from home for 11 nights. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands more times than I can count and this was our first time in building 2. Large Lanai (very limited sun on lanai). Great view of the grounds and the ocean from the lanai. Well appointed kitchen and comfy bed. We prefer ground units and found ourselves in this one because of a remodel and we were pleased with the unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. It had less beach gear/accessories than we were used to, but we did not go without.
