The house was clean and worked great for our family. I was a little worried when we showed up and it’s so close to the noisy highway, but you can’t hear it from inside the house and we all slept fine.

This guest was informed multiple times prior to and during the stay that parties, small gatherings, smoking, and additional guests are strictly prohibited. Despite this, a party was thrown within hours of check-in. The guest refused to vacate after eviction, which required law enforcement assistance. The home was left in unacceptable condition.
