Great Quick Trip

This was a little hidden gem! The location is perfectly situated to walk to all the downtown restaurants and night life. Of course the area is also beautiful. As far as the apartment, it was perfect for just myself. The very clean, organized and beach decor space was loaded with the amenities that I needed for survival, such as coffee, small refrigerator, microwave, TV, private bath, comfy bed and most importantly for Florida in July- A/C! Clare was quick to respond to any questions that may have come up as well. I will definitely be rebooking! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great Stay

Great full sized room over the garage of an older beautiful floridian home in downtown bradenton. Has everything you to need for a peaceful quiet visit. Very quick walk to downtown everynight for dinner. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Perfect for our needs.

Only stayed 3 nights but it was just what we needed. Studio set up provided a comfortable place to sleep as well as a place to eat and just relax. We purchased groceries and cooked breakfast each morning.

Perfect downtown location for walking to dining and Sat market. Host did great job with small space and took care with small details. Very responsive to small question but had details perfect in her check in notice. Will stay again if in area.

The cozy carriage house is aptly named. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located in a neighborhood of beautiful old Florida homes and within a few blocks of the harbor and the river walk. It was my first time in Bradenton and I love the quaint old Main Street and found amazing restaurants. I will definitely return, and Clare always responded quickly and answered all of my many questions.Cindy
