Great place to stay and enjoy the coast! Host was awesome and communicated well when contacted. House was very clean and well setup for guest. Great place for fishermen to stay and park their boat on property and under a covered area. Neighbor was quiet and peaceful and easy access to attractions in Rockport and short distance to the boat ramp. Will definitely stay again in the near future!

This was a very nice place to stay and is obviously very new. Access and location is great along with a very quiet neighborhood. My biggest disappointment was there was no stove or oven.

Relaxing at "The Grouper" in Rockport

Perfect size and close to everything! Comfortable bed, pillows and seating and A/C to keep you cool on hot Texas nights. Great communication with owner. Loved our stay at The Grouper. Highly recommend.

Clean. Spacious. Simple. It's perfect for a couple who wants to visit the area or a couple buddies who want to take a fishing trip. If you are dragging a boat down, it's got a spacious driveway and water to rinse things off after a day on the bay
