The host provided timely and helpful communication. The spa and fire pit amenities were very enjoyable. The home is spacious. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ample seating in dining and living room areas. Thank you for a relaxinng stay.

A wonderful family property! Fantastic location! The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house! Highly recommend!

Great communication with host, house has all amenities we needed for 6 adults and 4 small children. All beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. House is a short walk to the beach, very convenient location for our events in Montecito and at the SB Zoo.

Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay.

This house had everything we needed! Kids were so excited about all the fun toys included. I was excited it had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Easiest checkin and checkout! Very close to beach!

Amazing!!

We loved everything about this house! It was a great layout and has good bedroom to bathroom ratio for large groups. It is super easy to walk to the beach and just over a mile walk to the funk zone. Highly recommend!! Everything was perfect!

Great Family Beach Trip

Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.
