Both bedrooms share their own lanai and bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub for kids or those who want a relaxing bath.

As you go up the bamboo floor stairs you'll be greeted by a beautiful great room surrounded by full windows with mountain views and a vaulted wood ceiling and bamboo wood floors. The kitchen is large and open with stainless steel appliances including a six burner gas range, High End dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with an ice maker---everything you need for a wonderful meal. Enjoy coffee from the Kuerig single cup or regular drip coffee maker. There are several great Blenders for tropical treats while you sit inside and enjoy the view or outside on your large lanai. The mountains and lush tropical landscape are beautiful to look at all day long. Inside we have a flat screen T.V. and Wifi. The soft trade winds fill the house with a lovely breeze year-round-plus there are high end ceiling fans in every major room. Air conditioning in the upstairs only is available when the trades are calm. (No air conditioning downstairs) The 2nd master bedroom is upstairs with a full bath and luxury king bed. You'll wake up to the lovely views of the fruit trees, the swaying coconut palms and singing birds. Depending on the season--you can enjoy our fresh Starfruit, Citrus, Avocados and bananas.

Don't sleep too late because the #1 beach in the U.S. is just a few minutes away at Hanalai bay. In the garage are beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers and snorkel gear. We have everything you need for a day at the beach including tons of beach towels. Five beach cruiser bikes are here for exploring the wonderful paths to the St. Regis, Hideaways beach, Queens bath and Princeville shopping center with its restaurants, shops and all-important Lapperts ice cream! Just around the corner you will find the world class Makai Golf Course and tennis courts. Golf clubs are at the house for your use. A gas barbecue is located on the upstairs lanai for your vacation cookouts. We also have new full-size washer and dryer to keep it all clean. Everything you need for a wonderful stay on the Garden Island of Kauai.

Our home is professionally cleaned between guests. We always do a pre-arrival cleaning as well. Our keypad entry allows non contact check-in.
