Our families stay, with 7 people went very smoothly. The house had plenty of space for privacy if needed. All the rooms & beds were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring the Napali coast. Any equipment we might need for beach excursions was supplied by the hosts. Kitchen was spacious with all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking family meals. The hosts were also responsive to any additional requests we had.A lovely property, would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable Princeville home! So accommodating for our large family! AC in every room was heavenly at the end of the day! Home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. You can tell that put a lot of thought and effort into making it just right. A little piece of paradise. We will be back to stay!

We had a great stay at the house. They had lots of amenities, including plenty of beach gear.The house was clean and well stocked. Great family home and we really appreciated the air conditioning. Ben was a great host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. It felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and everything was easy and smooth. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Place was great! BOOK IT!!Ben was responsive and great to deal with. The ac units throughout the house were so nice to have since it was hot at night, but the open windows helped with a breeze when we weren’t running the ac. Everything was clean and nice. So much beach gear. Snorkeling stuff, water shoes, body boards, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. The washer and dryer was great to be able to use. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. They even had plenty of after sun lotion for the sun burns. We had 7 adults and fit nicely. It was great to have 4 showers (one outside). Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful area, beautiful house and yard.

If you are reading this, please, stop now and rent this house for your stay in Kauai before someone else does!!!What an extraordinary house to stay in during our family trip to this lush, beautiful magical island. We are a party of six. Located in the heart of Princeville, with a big supermarket minutes away, it was a the ideal base for our week of fun all over the island, from beaches near and far to a terrific tour we took of a cocoa bean farm.Without a doubt Ben and Linda have created a gorgeous, practical, spacious, comfortable house. What will make it your special magical vacation home is that it’s the perfect place to host what I hope will be your wonderful memories of your trip.Mahalo!

Great place to stay!

This house was such an incredible place to stay in Princeville and it was a fair price too. They provide so many things to try to make your stay even better such as bikes and snorkels. I would 100% recommend this place and stay here the next time I'm in Kauai.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 9 nights. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was tons of room for all of us and this home provided everything we needed, even some toys for the boys. We especially enjoyed everything you would need for our everyday beach runs...towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, bogie boards, beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for my 4 & 6 year old grandsons! The yard around the home was absolutely beautiful and lush with all types of tropical plants. We all really enjoyed sitting out on the upstairs and downstairs lanai and taking in all the beauty. Ben, the owner had recently put in air conditioning in all rooms, but most of the time we were in the home, we just enjoyed just leaving the windows open for the breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Other things we needed were fully stocked as well...laundry detergent, towels, bathroom necessities, etc. Our host Ben was so great and always very accessible, before and during our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful house for family

We stayed for a week and loved this place. Great location and friendly neighbors. Very close to Hanalei Bay which is our favorite beach on Kauai. Listing is accurate and size of house accommodates our large group with kids and teens. Nice spacious backyard and deck was great.
