Whether you prefer relaxing in the cozy living space or enjoying the outdoor nature and charming nearby towns this is your ideal retreat for your getaway. Located near the coast and only short ride to Yarmouth (5 miles), Cumberland (2 miles), Falmouth (10 miles), Freeport (12 miles) and Portland (15 miles).

Your stay includes 2 bright and roomy Bedrooms and 2 1/2 stunning Baths. Unit is fully furnished with brand new Queen beds, foam mattresses and comforters. In-unit laundry with new washer and steam dryer. Access to an open concept living room and spacious kitchen perfect for enjoying your coffee, tea or prepping your favorite lunch or breakfast.

Kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, fridge with icemaker, microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee pods, electric tea kettle. Kitchen is stocked with cooking appliances, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and other necessities that are provided for guests to use.

Featuring luxurious amenities like AC, heat pumps, electric fireplace, bathtub, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.

Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+ and other streaming apps available for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor so you must climb stairs to access them, please keep that in mind.

Maine is the perfect spot to enjoy outdoors, every season is charming and our surrounding nature is painted with vibrant colors. I enjoy being close to the coast having the ocean to the east and freshwater lakes to the west and mountains within close driving distance. In the winters I enjoy downhill skiing and snowboarding. On summer weekends you can find me kayaking or paddle boarding, chasing a beach sunset or climbing a remote peak. On snowy days I love to snowboard at Pleasant Mtn, Sugarloaf or Sunday River resort or snowshoe on the nearby trails.
