My family really enjoyed our time here. Fishing in the backyard was their favorite part. Had an issue with the spa on the first day but it was fixed within hours. Definitely recommend.

This is such a wonderful home to vacation in. Very clean and well appointed. Very appreciative of a full size laundry. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with all the basics. Kevin was very quick to answer any questions prior to booking. Within 30 minutes to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. Plan on staying again, room. You should book this place!

We have rented other houses before & this house is the best one, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac so no traffic! Pool is awesome, loved sitting outside & just enjoying the view of the canal & relaxing in the pool!! We WILL be back!! Thanks Kevin for the easy communication & awesome house!!

We had an issue one day with the heating of pool and spa but was quickly resolved. Perfect set up for us: Grandma (75), Daughter (52) and granddaughter (16)! We all had our privacy yet enjoyed the shared spaces immensely. Would pick this property again.

Great place for a family or friends trip. We really enjoyed having two king suites, a queen bedroom, and an additional smaller bedroom good for kids/teens. The pool and spa were great and everything was just as described.

This home is clean, brand new, and spacious. The pool/ hot tub was fantastic. We spent our evenings fishing off the dock which was so much fun. My daughter is in the area for college and we will definitely stay again!
