Born and raised in Tampa, my wife and I love going to all the Florida beaches and traveling. We are excited to host this lake house that we completely remodeled for our guests to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it's safe for families and kids. It's also 15 minutes to the Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Tampa. It's central to everything Tampa and Lutz have to offer.
What makes this property unique
The home has been completely remodeled and modernized. It's so peaceful to sit out by the lake or relax in the swimming pool.
