Great place

This is a fantastic place to stay in Raleigh for any reason. The only downside is they have some strict rules about the # of people in the apartment and quiet hours. Other than that everything was wonderful.

This apartment and management company are head and shoulders above the rest! The management company communicated with me throughout my stay and the apartment was clean and cozy, and the amenities are fabulous!!

Great property. Cleaning was poor. PM when called very responsive and sent cleaning service. Reservations system difficult. Asked to provide ID copies, they would not transmit on cell phone via text. Finally accompanied via email. PM very helpful and supportive.
