Remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, Remodeled marble bathroom, luxury bedding, hardwood floors. Living Room has 65” OLED flat-screen TV, DVR. Gas Fireplace. Full size Washer and Dryer, Outdoor patio. Steps to the South Bay Front beach! Two car garage parking. Need groceries and/or beverages or other services our Concierge Service will have it waiting for you upon arrival. Our Concierge Service provides our guests with all the luxuries of a hotel, in the comfort of a tastefully appointed home. No animals allowed unless Service Animals

Repeat stay at this cute beach cottage in great location, steps from water and Marine Ave for shops and restaurants. What we love is the nice roomy front porch for people watching and views of boats and water. We again enjoyed are stay! Highly recommend!

Great location and cottage

Enjoyed our 3 nights in the Diamond Cottage. Owner was very responsive, unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great to walk to the downtown area of the island, with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This cottage is so nostalgic and cozy. The owner has thought of everything! Comfy beds, easy to contact owner she is very responsive, location is great ! 3 ladies stayed here and there was plenty of room.

This house was a perfect stay! Everything was near by from restaurants, bars, market and the marina only 5 min walk. The house also had everything you need inside like in your home. The host was great she immediately responded when needed. Loved it! The stay here was perfect!

Family Weekend

This cottage was exactly as advertised - Clean, well equipped/furnished and well located. Everything about it was comfortable, cozy and available. Very nice gift basket and note awaited us! Plus, starter supplies of coffee, water and laundry soap. Our host Kimberly was very prompt with any/all questions, etc. Recommend very highly, and hope to return soon!

Balboa weekend getaway

We all loved staying in this beach cottage! Perfect location…so close to Bay Front Beach and the boardwalk. So many thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!
