The house was very nice, though not five star. It was still very nice. The location is excellent and nearby to restaurants and easy access to the main thoroughfares. The pool was quite wonderful. The neighbors and the neighborhood was very good very dog friendly.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very safe, very clean, peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are very friendly and wonderful. everybody minds their own business. two or three blocks down the street is the intercoasta, which is beautiful and peaceful. What a couple benches to sit and relax and watch the beautiful yachts pass by.

What makes this property unique

It is peaceful, very clean and very comfortable, very relaxing. It will make you feel right at home. with a split floor plan the master bedroom away from the other 2 bedrooms just gives you privacy and relaxation. I absolutely love this home
