Secure large lot neighborhood

Absolutely loved the beauty of the neighborhood!!! Very secure, comfortable high end home! Paying extra for Pool heat was important to us. Communication with owner was great and appreciated. Close to Walmart lots of restaurants nearby... great options. perfect and most favorite vrbo experience yet!

Fantastic House and host

The house lives up to all of the great reviews. The pool was fantastic and heated. The entire patio area is a nice hangout with plenty of privacy. Everything in the house worked great. If you like playing pool in the garage (which we did) they table is a good one. We had a flight cancellation when we left and the owner went to great lengths to try and help us out in terms of finding a place for the 2 extra nights we needed. Great communication all around. We would definitely recommend this property and rent it again.

Pros: Great location in quiet gated neighborhood! Check in was easy with door code. Owner was responsive with issues we had upon arrival to property (2 of 5 issues remedied by maintenance). Cons: The bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and the bathroom carpets had dirty foot prints on them. The previous guest must’ve had long hair because it was all over the one bathroom floor, we sent a video of it to the owner because it was so obvious no one had cleaned the floor. Maintenance came and took the dirty bathroom carpets, but never returned them nor cleaned the floors. We cleaned the floors ourselves so we could use the bathrooms. We would’ve had a better experience and given 4 stars if the property had been clean when we arrived or at least cleaned once we notified them of the dirty floors.

I’d write more, but I ran out of characters

My family (me, spouse, adult son and girlfriend, other adult son, and grandson) stayed here for our trip to Disney in late December. The house is a great size for all of us - every one had their own room, plus an extra. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were a couple of things I think others should be aware of: First, we arrived late at night on the first night of our stay. After a long day of travel, some from the west coast, the hot tub was a welcome site. Unfortunately, it wasn’t hot. (Yes, we paid for the pool to be heated). I contacted the owner (?) the next day and was informed that the pool is heated from 8am - 6pm. They did have the management company come the next day to change the hours to 11am - 10pm, so the problem was temporary. It seems to me, that heating the pool during core hours of the day when people are going to most likely be out of the house, is not very “customer service” oriented. Like I said, they did fix it, and the pool and hot tub was used extensively after long days at Disney. Next, each bathroom had a roll of toilet paper. Just one. The one that was on the spinner. When we figured that out, when someone was in need, we went out and bought toilet paper and paper towels for ourselves. Again, this is something you expect would be available - at least one extra roll in each bathroom. Finally, unless you like sleeping on FLAT pillows, you’ll need to bring your own.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The pool and spa heat runs on a timer and can be adjusted based on guest preferences. Most guests request daytime heating, but the owner is happy to customize the schedule as needed. This is something the management team can typically resolve quickly with a call.- The home is stocked with a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and soap. Guests are welcome to order additional items from nearby stores if needed, and the management team can also provide more supplies upon request for a small fee.- Pillows are a matter of personal preference, and extra pillows are usually available in the closet for guests who would like a different option.Thanks again for your feedback as we continue working to improve each guest’s experience.

Amazing location

The neighborhood this is in was great. We loved that it was in a gated community for the extra security while we stayed in the home. The pool was a must have for us and we got a lot of use out of it, especially the hot tub. Everything you need is close by. Walmart, CVS, restaurants, shopping, parks, you name it and it is right there. Owner was easy to work with on any issues, and makes sure you are well taken care of while you are in her home.

Great location and super-helpful owner

The house is very well equipped and is in a development close to Disney World and amenities on Highway 192 and Margaritaville. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which we paid a fee to have heated. The pool and deck area are east-facing but get sun most of the day. We have stayed in this area several times and we thought the pool and deck as good as we have had. The owner was very responsive to any issues we raised and made her best efforts to resolve them quickly. With this property, the rental is handled by an agent (Evolve) but once in situ the main contacts are the owner and the cleaning and maintenance company. Invariably, it was the owner who stepped in to help us. The ceiling speaker system is a nice thing to have as it can also be played on the deck. TV is internet/app based rather than cable so choice is a little limited, especially if you come from outside the USA and don’t have logins for the premium apps and can’t sign up without a US credit card. On the plus side English Premier League football can be accessed if you are from England and need your fix! Pool table was good and well-used by us. We also rented a barbecue grill (which the owner supplied) and this was also well-used. Would only say that the trees and foliage at the front of the property, whilst providing privacy could do with a bit of pruning and tidying but this is just aesthetics really.

Quaint House in Quiet Neighborhood

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this house. The weather was perfect and allowed for sitting out back and letting the sunshine bathe us with warmth. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. There was And I Mischel issue with having received the wrong entry code, and later not being able to find the Wi-Fi code anywhere, but overall, it was a great stay and I would book again.
