AZURE URBAN RESIDENCES is conveniently located in Bicutan, Paranaque, a 15min short drive both from Makati and Alabang and 10 minutes drive from International and Domestic Airports. Enjoy luxury living in the middle of the Metro, on sprawling prime property spanning the West Service Road of South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) immediately adjacent to a key SM Mall. Train station is just 5minutes walk away. Perfect for singles and couples with little ones too!!!

Other amenities like an open park, zen garden, grand fountains with dancing waterworks and lights, multiple playgrounds, an interactive water play area, wave pool, kiddie pool, central bar, and a basketball court have been incorporated into the master plan, adding rich diversity to a natural environment that supports recreation, health and well being.

And of course the centerpiece of The Azure is the truly iconic and first of its kind man-made beach cove complete with pristine white sand, undulating waves, multiple water slides and water cascades. Cleaning of the wave pool is scheduled every Monday. Access to the wave pool and man-made beach excludes the day of the check out. It truly is a tropical vacation you can come home to every single day!

Azure charges Php 20 per person for purchase of the wrist tag for swimming.
Also please wear proper beach wear. Security may not allow u to go swimming if you're not wearing proper swim wear.

**Long term guests will have access to a modern Paris Hilton inspired clubhouse which complements an organically formed landscape with facilities that also include function rooms, gym, spa and massage rooms. A roof deck with view of the city skyline may also be used as a sanctuary for relaxation.

This is a one bedroom city view condo unit. With a full working kitchen. One full bed that can accommodate 2 people, and 2 foldable foams that can accommodate 2 extra guests if needed.

You can request a taxi through your room intercom with our guards. Grabtaxi and Uber works as well ( ask me for more details.) Jeepneys and buses are available outside Azure.

Overall the experience is VERY GOOD!! The room and the kitchen utensils are very clean. Ms. Ronalyn and Gelli are very responsive to my inquiry and accommodating to our needs. Value of the room is very reasonable and worth it. Location is very good except the traffic going there but relaxing once your inside Azure. We enjoyed so much the man made beach! My only comment here is the strict rules of their pool and some rules that I think no need to be strict at all. Looking forward to come back again to Azure and I will book again to Ms. Ronalyn because of the good service she provided. Thank you very much :)

Our very first azure experience was excellent thanks to Ms Ronalyn and her very kind and reliable representative Ms Gelli. The room is very tidy and neat.. And the tools and supplies are complete, as in really complete, from extra mattress and towels down to the iron and ironing board and kitchen and dining stuff, our host made sure that her guests will get the best and most comfortable experience and we sure did! We will definitely come back and will even recommend the unit to our friends who want to experience azure. Shout out to Ms Gelli!!! Thank you for being so nice!! Till our next! 

Host made sure small details are taken cared of. Unit is complete with microwave, utensils and other convenient appliances like electric kettle, ironing board, dishwashing liquid, etc. Unit is clean and well maintained. Wifi is fast. Even if unit is small, it is cozy and just right for our small family. Towels and other linens are readily available. The only improvement I would suggest is for azure management themselves (not the unit owner). There are not much choices for food or common eating areas. We wanted to eat breakfast at the coffee place inside the clubhouse but there wasn't a good selection and the Ibiza bar wasn't open yet. Had to ask someone to buy. Overall we had a good time and I'm happy that there's a nearby place for beach and wave pool. Sunday is better for swimming too as there were less people.
