Overall, outstanding property. Very clean, comfortable beds, and beautiful location. Great views of Little Glen and the sand dunes. Two kayaks and a canoe were available along with the ability to bring your own boat for the all sports lake.
Beautiful property with gorgeous lake views. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the shallow lake access (great area for the kids to play), the kayaks, as well as the grill / firepit area.
Absolutely hands-down the best rental house we’ve ever stayed in! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had the perfect view. You could tell the owners thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The added amenities were above and beyond—phone charging dock, hair straightener, plenty of coffee, and an incredible amount of towels in every bathroom. And the little extras really made a difference: firewood ready to go for the fire pit, an extra bag of charcoal for the grill, and everything we could possibly need.It was the perfect place for our weekend in Michigan, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better rental. 10/10 doesn’t even do it justice! We will absolutely be back!

Hi Lyndi! We are so glad that you loved White Bear as much as we do! We would love to have you back again some time! Thanks again for staying with us!
Our family had a wonderful stay at White Bear. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, games, and beach towels. We enjoyed our time on the back deck, dock and especially the fire pit area. We loved kayaking in the beautiful crystal clear water.

Hi Katie! We are so glad that you enjoyed your week at White Bear and thank you so much for being our official "first" renters!!!! We would love to have you back again some time :)
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Location, location, location, the views of the sleeping bear dunes, which we hiked and from which we were able to look back upon our cottage - was phenomenal. The process for handling check-in was burdensome and included an app that wanted a lot of personal information. This is more of a comment on the management company than the home itself. As this was not listed in the description of the property, we did not share the additional personal information. That being said the home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The views were breathtaking and we would stay there again. So maybe 4.9 stars. Oh the lake is pristine and perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding, and very shallow so not really any loud watercraft to speak -which we found delightful.
