Property was exactly as listed. Cody was extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. The house floor plan was absolutely perfect for our family. We will definitely keep this house in mind if we were to come back to this area in the future

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin, the views, and your stay. We loved seeing the photos—your family looked like they had an amazing time. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
The cabin was exactly as described. It was perfect for the 6 of us to stay on our girls trip. Our flight got in pretty early and there was nobody renting the cabin before us so the owners let us get in early. Even if it had been rented out they were going to let us drop off our luggage. It snowed when we were there in April and they left shovels and de-icer just in case we needed them. Agree with the reviews on the driveway - it was a little precarious backing out - but we just went really slow and managed it. Thanks for helping make this such a memorable trip for us!
This is a lovely house in a relaxed neighborhood. The rooms are well set up for a larger group (We were 9 individuals, no couples, and we fit with enough privacy to make everyone comfortable.) there is plenty of room for parking and the open area behind the house is a corridor for deer.
Had a great time in our stay. The place blends rustic cabin feel with high end touches. Network was solid and consistent and supported some of the remote video conferences we had as well as streaming some movies. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was lovely. Great water pressure and temps. We will be back!
Our stay in the house was very satisfactory, however the driveway accessibility and the walkways on both sides of the house were difficult to manage and prevented comfortable parking for 3 cars. There were several large uneven dips in the drive, making it difficult to enter and exit. We did not want to park on the street.

Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that you found parking tricky at the cabin. Since the property is up in the mountains, we try to outline what to expect in our listing, including that the driveway is gravel—which helps with traction during the snowy season. We do our best to maintain it, and we’ll make sure to smooth out any ruts that may have formed from recent rain or snow. We also aim to offer plenty of parking, with spaces available on the upper and lower levels, as well as street parking if needed. We truly loved having you stay with us and appreciate your feedback!
Very comfortable, clean and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The beds were fine, and we were happy with the linens. Lots of towels for the hot tub. We were also very happy that the host supplied fans. There are a few things to be aware of: There is one small bedroom and a bunk room on the main floor, as well as a small bathroom. The primary bedroom suite is upstairs, and the wooden stairs may be challenging for seniors. Two bedrooms, a game room and the laundry room are downstairs, with these rooms accessible from the front driveway area but you do need to climb the stairs (or an incline outside) to reach the kitchen and main living area. Nice layout for a family who would like an area (downstairs) for the kids to sleep and hang out on their own. I could see that the driveway would be challenging if there was any show or ice. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies for cooking. It's a bit of a drive (10 minutes?) into downtown Estes Park or to RMNP, but plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Nice neighbor feel. We would definitely stay here again.
Cody was very communicative and quick to respond throughout our stay. Everything was as described online and perfectly clean! The beds were really comfortable as well and all members of our group (4adults, 3 children) were happy and slept well. We used the hot tub one of the nights and were able to watch TV while in it. The hot tub was such a nice feature! I loved the proximity of this house to downtown Estes Park because it was only a 10 minute drive and we felt close enough and yet far enough away. I would imagine during the busy season I would appreciate that even more. The views were gorgeous! We would 100% stay again. Another great note is that all of the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of towels and plenty of dishwasher detergent, coffee and laundry detergent. Also there were plenty of spices which helped us to cook without having to buy every last thing. We also appreciated the number of fans in this house. We are all used to sleeping with fans on us and this helped us to feel at home. Thanks so much! Will definitely return.
