Very welcoming and very new and nice place with plenty of room for everyone! Amazing views and the balconies were epic! Couple of small things like not enough toilet paper (one roll per bathroom and no spare - easy enough to get some) and since the place is so new there’s not a lot of blankets or extra pillows, etc. all in all - would stay here again without question. Tiny walk to the beach and a peaceful and quiet beach to relax on. Used the pickleball courts and a community pool was nice. The pool at the house was perfect for relaxing evenings and we heated it to keep it always warm! Great host and easy to communicate with makes this a 5-star experience.

The home is wonderful! We had a family vacation with 4 couples and 5 teens and we all fit comfortably!Home was impeccably clean, 5 min walk to pool (pool is kinda small, but cool and refreshing)the teens preferred the larger pool. The beach is a pretty easy 10 min walk.
