Great place. Clean and stocked with supplies to cook. Plenty of room for our 9 guests. We did bring a golf cart due to the amount of people and got a warning from HOA that no trailers were allowed on property. I couldn’t find that in the guidelines so that would’ve been nice to know.

Thank you for your feedback, Erin. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and found it clean, spacious, and well stocked for your group. We appreciate you bringing up the trailer restriction. HOA rules can sometimes change or be enforced at the community level, and we understand how helpful it is to have that information in advance. We’ll review how this is communicated in our listing details. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

The house is great. Great location if you want to be close enough to the action to drive and far enough away to have a lot of quiet. The bedrooms are huge, bathrooms nice and functional, the kitchen is ample is its space and items available for use. The in law suite is a huge bonus. The outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work for the duration of our stay, but the property manager was on it immediately once discovered and reported. Apparently some confusion on times for check in-we assumed 4 eastern time, but was actually 4 central time. The pool area was great. Golf cart included was an added bonus, though we didn’t use it much since there really isn’t much to do around there. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property management company.

This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. The owners of this home have so many high end touches on this home to make it the most amazing stay. The couches and bed were amazing. The MIL suite was luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the golf cart and the beach was stunning. Loved taking the golf cart to main Windmark for ice cream. We cannot wait to come back.

Thank you for choosing Panhandle Getaways, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Great stay. Perfect for our dog too. We loved the beach access, slow pace, and peacefulness of the area. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family. There was a small snafu with the garage door opener but that was not the fault of the owner and addressed asap. We will definitely return to PSJ / Wind Mark in the future.
