Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This stunning top floor condominium is located at the bend on Commercial Street in the highly sought after prime West End of Provincetown!

Enter off an exclusive deck with an outdoor dining table into a spacious bright and open kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless Viking Professional Series appliances. A second deck off the kitchen is perfect for grilling and morning coffee. The dining area features seating for 6 and opens up into the comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace with a stacked stone surround. There is a third deck located on the front of the home to view all the activity on Commercial Street.

The primary bedroom is located at the rear of the condominium and features a queen bed, large closet, and a luxurious en-suite bath with a double vanity and large frameless glass shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with a double bed. There is a second full guest bath with a tub/shower combination located off the living room.

Walk to everything Provincetown has to offer! You are mere steps away from delicious restaurants, extensive entertainment options, vibrant retail shops, and specialty food and wine markets. Public beach access is a short block away. Off street parking for one car and in unit washer and dryer.

This condominium has been rented for several years in the past but was just purchased by a new owner in late 2024 and therefore there are not many reviews. Please note that some of the artwork in the photos will change with the new owner.

Perfect 3 bedroom getaway at a prime location for our family. Everything looks and works as described, and we loved that the primary bed and bath were at the opposite end of the other two bedrooms. The house was fully stocked, comfortable, quiet at night, and the host was very thoughtful and communicative. Highly recommended as a Ptown regular!

Beautiful home in an incredible, convenient location (with a parking spot!). A quintessential west end Provincetown experience. Everything about it was great: well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and bath products, very impressive sound system, and the AC worked perfectly. We loved the multiple outdoor spaces, including one with some of the best people watching over Commercial Street. Very responsive host. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we hope to stay again!

Love, love, love!! Amazing home and location! The house is impeccable. Comfortable beds, very clean, all the up to date amenities you need. Open and bright. Enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine on the patios. The landscaping is gorgeous. Extra bonus: there’s a fab liquor store less than 1/2 a block. ;) David & Joel are excellent hosts. They respond quickly and excellent communicators. We will definitely return!!

The property is beautiful and the location is great! The living area and master bdrm. are very spacious, My wife and I were there for the week, with a few friends, and had a wonderful time. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had about operating the heat, etc. This property would be even better in the warmer weather, so the deck areas could be utilized for great views and people watching.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location

My partner and I stayed with two friends for a long weekend and had a great time with this beautiful condo as our home base! Everything in the home was well designed and functional. Highlights include the large, open kitchen and front porch facing Commercial street for people watching. With such a short walk into town, we were so happy to have this condo to return to so we could recharge throughout the day. Management was communicative, answered all of our questions, and made check in/out easy. We absolutely will be staying again!

We are regulars to Ptown, and stayed at this property with a couple of friends for a long weekend in June - we absolutely loved the space! The apartment is huge… and has such a fabulous layout for a group. Clean, light and airy, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. We loved the outdoor deck spaces! Perfect location in commercial street - just far enough removed from the chaos, but easy to walk everywhere. We would most definitely stay here again!

We were thrilled with this property! Our host was very responsive and the listing accurately represents with the home. Everything was nicely updated and clean. The primary suite was especially nice, very spacious with a very lovely bathroom. The other two bedrooms are rather small but are well appointed and perfectly fine. The main areas (kitchen and living room) are spacious and nicely decorated. We also loved the outdoor areas for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. The section of Ptown where the home is located is so close to all of the action (5–10-minute walk) but is in a quiet residential area right on Commercial Street near the water. All in all we loved our stay and would be delighted to return in the future.
