We had a wonderful stay here. There is plenty of space for a big family and we really enjoyed the pool table. Great access to the beach, just a 2 min walk away.

Great location, close to midtown and to the beach. Lots of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. This property worked really well for our group of 10 adults We enjoyed our stay.

Quirky layout to be expected of a duplex converted to single family home. Loved that all bedrooms had bathroom attached or adjacent. One big negative: the 2 lower bedrooms had a horrible mildew odor, which was mitigated by airing the lower level out.

This house was in the perfect location—just a short walk to Haystack Rock and downtown Cannon Beach. It was comfortable and relaxing, with a well-appointed kitchen that made it easy to share meals together. The spacious layout was ideal for enjoying time with a group, and it truly felt like a home away from home.I also appreciated that the house was pet friendly. There are quite a few stairs, which were a bit of a challenge for my older dog, but not a big issue since we walked a lot during our stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: the small yard is not fully fenced, so keep that in mind if you’re bringing pets.The property manager was easy to work with and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was going smoothly. I'd happily stay here again!

Started out that we only had hot water in half the house which led me to believe they didn’t do a great job cleaning with no hot water. Took two days to fix, but no water issues beyond that.There were cobwebs in showers, corners, between stair slats that I spent time cleaning before our guests arrived. The shower door fell off the first time I tried to move it. There were also several burned out lightbulbs throughout the house. In general, it did not seem well kept up for a house in this price range.The location is great, super walkable and we saw elk every morning, often in the driveway! We had a few Beachcomber rentals within our large group and they were all a bit “rough around the edges”. I think this house could be great if someone gave it a couple hours of TLC and a good, thorough cleaning. Some touch up paint and check all the lights would go a long way in taking this from good to great.
